Established in 2006, Triangle Computer Systems provides PC, Laptop and Apple Macintosh support and installation services. We have a very wide range of computer repair experience and have helped hundreds of home users, students and businesses in Norwich and Norfolk. Our Golden Triangle based office means we're very close to central Norwich and the University of East Anglia. With friendly engineers that know Windows and Mac computers inside-out, we like to pride ourselves on our rapid service and value for money via solid computing knowledge and experience.
In 2012 we are offering no-call out fee service to to all home, student and small business users in the Golden Triangle. UEA, City College and NUCA Students in Norwich can receive an additional 15% discount on all labour costs and call-out fees on presentation of a valid NUS card. The total price you pay is our time to complete the repair on or off-site, of which we charge £22.50 per completed 1/2 hour (minimum charge of £22.50 applies per completed repair/solution). We cover all parts of Norwich and Norfolk, but may a small call-out charge to cover business and travel expenses further out than the Golden Triangle area.
This is a saving of around £35.00 per visit compared to our 2011 pricing. If additional time or parts are required, or any part of the repair needs to be done off-site, we can collect and return your computer free-of-charge within the Golden Triangle. We always provide a written no-obligation quote for repair before going ahead with any work. We can send copy quotations via text, email or by post. Our labour prices do not include the cost of any hardware or software needed to complete a repair, but we always quote accordingly, so you know precise costs.
